Science Coach Academy is a research teacher professional development conference for 6th-12th grade teachers from across the USA but mostly from Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.

$500 Exhibitor Fee includes:

  • 5-minute speech/PowerPoint to the entire audience (Including virtual attendees)

$1,500 Dinner Event Sponsorship includes:

  • 10-minute speech/PowerPoint to the entire dinner audience
  • Display table
  • Logo on signage
  • 2″ x 4″ ad in the program

Exhibitor or Sponsor Sign Up

All exhibitors are considered sponsors and receive all of the following:

  • An ad in the participant printed program
  • A logo on signage
  • A 5-minute opportunity to address all the participants
  • A 10′ x 4′ booth space in the main traffic flow at the event. The booths also have are in close proximity to the presentation rooms and refreshment area.

~75-100 attendees anticipated.

Exhibitor Schedule:

  • Setup: Tuesday, June 17th, from 12 – 4 pm
  • Exhibits are open: Tuesday, June 17th, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Wednesday, June 18th, 7:30 am to 2:45 pm
  • Exhibits are in the main traffic flow
  • Exhibitors speak to all attendees on Tuesday, June 17th at 6:00 pm, or Wednesday at 10:00 am
  • 2:45 pm – Last refreshment break – you are free to leave or you can stay until the conference attendees finish sessions at 4:45 pm

Lodging is available:

Campus housing (private bedroom and bathroom) is available for Tuesday and/or Wednesday evening at $100/night and includes all meals.
